Add Bacardi white rum into a highball glass along with 8 – 10 mint leaves, sugar syrup and lime juice. Muddle the ingredients. Add crushed ice and a splash of soda. Mix the cocktail down and top with more crushed ice. Finish by adding two more mint leaves to release essence.
Add Kahlua coffee liqueur and ice into an old fashioned glass. Pour vodka, cream, milk into a mixing tin and shake for 10 – 15 seconds. Now single strain the ingredients over the ice in your glass. Finish by sprinkling chocolate powder and garnishing coffee bean over cocktail.
Begin by soaking the rim of your coupe glass with lime juice and salt. Add tequila, triple sec and lime juice into a mixing tin and dry shake for 10 seconds. Now add ice to mixing tin and shake for 10 – 15 seconds. Finish by fine straining into pre-pared coupe glass.
