The distillation and ageing process takes place in the Caribbean where the rum matures in ex-bourbon oak barrels for a minimum of two years, before it is carefully blended by hand. Then, we blend this rum with natural spices and oils – a method used in our handcrafted ‘tincture’ based approach.  The best tinctures of each ingredient are sourced from around the world.
